SALES TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a passionate, constant learner to join our dedicated team with robust processes and a great support network. The right individual will be ready to learn about the software industry, self-motivated and a quick learner.
 
SALES TEAM ADMINISTRATOR  
Are you interested in learning how sales works from the inside out? Do you enjoy meeting new people and coordinating activities, keeping tasks organized, and making sure all follow-up is on schedule? If so, a Sales Team Administrator position might be just right for you. 
 
 
What you’ll do:
·       Document and monitor action items to ensure completion
·       Schedule follow-up calls, send reminders, and reconfirm meetings
·       Organize all sales opportunities
 
 
What you need:
·       Well-spoken with a strong ability to take concise notes and pay attention to detail.
·       Associates degree preferred
·       Reliable access to technology and be well-versed in how tools work. 
 
 
Type of position:
This is a part-time position requiring 10-20 hours a week. 
 
 
We have a requirement for U.S. Citizenship based on the work we do and the access we have to customer data.
